Start a new case and tell us what you need help with. Add the relevant clinical details and up to five questions you’d like the specialist to address.

Upload Your Files
Securely upload the medical files relevant to your case, including DICOM images, pathology files, reports and supporting documents. You can also upload a complete DICOM study folder.

Choose Your Specialist
Select the relevant specialty, review available specialists, and choose the doctor you would like to review your case.

Receive Your Report
Receive your specialist’s written opinion securely through the Hospitual platform, including their findings and recommendations.
Most case reviews are completed within 24 hours, with more complex cases taking up to 72 hours depending on the specialist assessment required.
