Create Your Case
Start a new case and tell us what you need help with. Add the relevant clinical details and up to five questions you’d like the specialist to address.

Upload Your Files
Securely upload the medical files relevant to your case, including DICOM images, pathology files, reports and supporting documents. You can also upload a complete DICOM study folder.
Don’t have your imaging files yet? Learn how to request your MRI, CT, X-ray or ultrasound images from your hospital or imaging provider.

Choose Your Specialist
Select the relevant specialty, review available specialists, and choose the doctor you would like to review your case.
You’re charged only when your chosen specialist accepts your completed case.

Receive Your Report
Receive your specialist’s written opinion securely through the Hospitual platform, including their findings and recommendations.
Most written second opinions are delivered within 48 hours after your case is accepted for review and all required files, checks and payment are complete. More complex cases may require additional time.
